WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
(A) THIS WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING:
ALL PRODUCTS
|
|
| 1. | Where damage is caused by any reasons other than defects in material used by the manufacturer. All repair must be carried out by WKH or its appointed agent only.
|
| 2. | Where the products has been dismantled, repaired, tampered, altered or modification of the equipment or act of god.
|
| 3. | The serial number on the product has been removed, defaced or altered.
|
| 4. | Improper usage such as wrong electrical supply/voltage setting thus causing damage to the power transformer/ac adaptor.
|
| 5. | Normal wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains.
|
|
AUDIO ONLY
|
| 1. | Does not cover cabinet, panels, extruded parts such as knobs, lever, sockets, plugs and detachable parts, consumables (Tapes, Batteries, eg. Remote Controls etc.) supplied with products or any accessories.
|
| 2. | Where damage is incurred to the product during transportation to and from our service centre.
|
| 3. | Transportation, handling or delivery charges incurred in the delivery of the unit to and from our service centre.
|
| 4. | Any other form of usage besides domestic.
|
|
AIRCON ONLY
|
| 1. | Cleaning, charging gas/gas refill, filters, panels/cabinets, parts made of plastic, cables or hoses, corrosion or erosion, paint work/scratches.
|
| 2. | Remote control, malfuntions due to battery leakage.
|
| 3. | The failure was due to lack of maintenance.
|
| 5. | Re-location of the unit.
|
| 6. | Warranty coverage "excludes" transportation charges and labour charges to carry out inspection. Trouble shooting, analysis and replacement of defective parts.
|
|
(B) THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IN SINGAPORE
(C) Any alteration or amendment to this Warranty Certificate will be rendered NULL and VOID.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
|
| 1. | Repairs are undertaken on a strictly cash basis. Please made payment on completion of repairs on receipt of goods.
|
| 2. | Please produce the warranty certificate when claiming for warranty repair.
|
| 3. | Wo Kee Hong Group - Singapore shall not be responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused arising from force majeure, fire, accident or any circumstances beyond its control.
|
| 4. | Wo Kee Hong Group - Singapore shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, howsoever caused including amongst others damage caused to software used.
|
| 5. | Repairs for which payments has been made are guaranteed under normal use for one month (Aircon) & three months (car & home) from date of repair.
|
| 6. | Good will only be returned on presentation of receipt.
|
| 7. | Goods remaining unclaimed for a period of two(2) months will be disposed off as Wo Kee Hong Group - Singapore deem fit and no claims will be entertained.
|
| 8. | Storage charges will be imposed for goods not collected from time of notification that goods are to be collected.
|
| 9. | Wo Kee Hong Group - Singapore will not be responsible for damage caused during transportation.
|
| 10. | A service fee will be levied for quotation for repairs rejected.
|
